IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a management agreement with SLRV Hotels Pvt Ltd to debut its Crowne Plaza brand in Punjab with Crowne Plaza Amritsar Airport, set to open in Q4 2028. This new hotel will strengthen IHG’s presence in Amritsar, offering 136 keys and providing excellent connectivity and amenities for business and leisure travelers. This will be IHG’s first Crowne Plaza in the city and its fourth in the state. Situated near both the Amritsar Airport and Golden Temple, the hotel will offer easy access to key tourist sites, cultural experiences, and dining options. Crowne Plaza Amritsar Airport will feature all-day dining, a lobby lounge, a bar, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, and a spa facility, ensuring a seamless balance between work and leisure for its guests.
