Looking at India’s emerging middle class, Chesky outlined the correlation between economic prosperity and increased travel aspirations.
Chesky admires the change brought by the younger generation in the Indian market as a potential success part of the company. The traditional hospitality industry is now seen as emerging digitally. despite Airbnb’s low penetration in India chesky is optimistic and predicts a boom in the future.
