Surjeet Singh Rawat has been appointed as the Food and Beverage Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Panaji. His role involves overseeing the hotel’s food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality standards, and enhancing guest dining experiences. He will also manage staff training and development, as well as inventory and financial planning.
With 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Surjeet has worked with various hospitality brands across India. His last position was with Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, where he was part of the preopening team and quickly advanced from Assistant F&B Manager to F&B Manager through an internal transfer.
Surjeet has been with Hilton for around two years, starting as a Restaurant Manager and demonstrating strong management skills. Before that, he worked with brands like IHCL and Marriott Hotels. He is also an alumnus of IHM Kufri, Shimla.
