Hotelogix will provide Suba Group of Hotels with a robust and comprehensive platform to automate and streamline processes.
Hotelogix, a leading provider of cloud-based hospitality technology globally, announced that the Suba Group of Hotels in India has adopted its multi-property management system. This move will equip Suba Group with a robust platform to automate and streamline processes across its member properties, facilitating centralized control over group-wide operations to enhance growth, revenue, and guest experience.
With over 100 hotels spanning 60 destinations in India, the Suba Group of Hotels is committed to delivering exceptional services and experiences to both business and leisure travelers. Offering modern amenities such as in-house FnB outlets with contactless menu options, well-equipped business centers, contactless check-in, and banquet facilities, the group strives to meet diverse guest needs. In 2022, the Suba Group acquired the master franchise rights for Choice Hotels India, enabling the expansion of Clarion, Quality, and Comfort brands within the country. Choice Hotels India operates as a branch of Choice Hotels International, a prominent global hotel franchisor with over 7,000 properties worldwide.
Having relied on on-premises solutions for over a decade, the Suba Group faced challenges in centrally managing operations as it grew and diversified its portfolio, especially after acquiring brands like Choice Hotels. With disparate on-premises solutions across member hotels hindering visibility into group-wide operations, accessing critical reports and guest data, managing distribution, and facilitating real-time collaboration between properties became increasingly difficult.
Mubeen Mehta, CEO of Suba Group of Hotels, emphasized the importance of efficiently managing operations for a rapidly growing brand like theirs, prompting the decision to migrate to Hotelogix’s multi-property cloud PMS platform. Additionally, Hotelogix provided a Mobile Hotel PMS App for on-the-go tracking of property-level positions, integrated its PMS with a Channel Manager for real-time OTA distribution, and offered a Point of Sale (POS) system to manage non-room revenue-generating outlets across properties effectively. Furthermore, the integration with third-party solutions for accounting, materials management, and guest communication enhances operational efficiency.
Beyond centralized operations management, the Suba Group aims to leverage Hotelogix for future growth and expansion plans. According to Mubeen, adopting Hotelogix’s cloud-based platform ensures they are future-ready, facilitating expansion with minimal IT overheads.
Aditya Sanghi, CEO of Hotelogix, sees the adoption of their platform by the Suba Group as a significant step toward digital transformation, emphasizing the flexibility, usability, and scalability of their PMS tailored for hotel groups.
