Marriott International has inked a deal with Gurnani Resorts & Hotels to introduce The Ritz-Carlton brand in Jaipur, Rajasthan, renowned for its historic pink architecture. Expected to open its doors in January 2028, the 250-room resort promises to bring The Ritz-Carlton’s renowned service and contemporary design to this iconic city.
Rajeev Menon, President of Marriott International for Asia Pacific excluding China, expressed excitement about the addition of The Ritz-Carlton Jaipur to their Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, emphasizing the growing demand for luxury travel in India.
Jaipur’s rich architectural heritage, including its honeycomb-inspired palaces and majestic forts, provides an ideal backdrop for The Ritz-Carlton’s arrival. Positioned strategically, the resort will offer guests easy access to key attractions such as Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal Palace, and The City Palace.
The anticipated resort will boast 250 modern guest rooms and suites, along with amenities such as The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge, a destination spa, several dining options, and top-notch meeting facilities. These spaces, designed to reflect Jaipur’s history and natural beauty, aim to provide guests with an immersive cultural experience.
Mohan Das Gurnani, Chairman of Gurnani Group, expressed his delight in collaborating with Marriott International to bring The Ritz-Carlton to Jaipur.
