Lolik Catering, headquartered in Las Vegas, has experienced a surge in business activity during Super Bowl week.
The owners attribute much of this success to their participation in the NFL’s Business Connect program.
“We’ve scheduled numerous meetings in the coming weeks with other prominent businesses in the area,” shared Adrine Froyan, co-owner, in an interview with FOX5. “This program has opened up an incredible pipeline of opportunities for us in the months and years ahead.”
Froyan and her spouse, Aran Bakalian, launched the enterprise shortly after Bakalian relocated from Brooklyn, where he honed his skills as an executive chef for twenty years. During his tenure, Bakalian recognized the significance of not only creating delicious food but also ensuring its visual appeal.
“First impressions matter, so if the food looks appealing and arouses your palate’s curiosity, that’s what we aim for,” Bakalian explained. “You’re not just tasting it; you’re also smelling and seeing it—engaging all your senses.”
“We take great pride in our presentation,” Froyan emphasized.
The duo brings a distinctive catering style to the vibrant city of Las Vegas.
“I have clients who request that I replicate the style of a specific restaurant that may not accommodate all their guests,” Bakalian shared. “To me, that’s an exciting challenge. I dine out, explore the menu, and then return to recreate it with my own flair.”
They also prioritize supporting other local businesses.
“We highlight that our ingredients are sourced locally and then add the flair that epitomizes the showmanship of Las Vegas,” Bakalian stated proudly.
Out of 700 applicants, Lolik Catering was selected as one of 200 local businesses to participate in the NFL’s Business Connect program.
