Handtmann, a leading German food machinery manufacturer, has recently introduced a groundbreaking manufacturing innovation in collaboration with Planteneers, enabling the creation of marbled and fat-layered meat alternatives. The company is gearing up to showcase its latest advancements at Anuga FoodTec next month, scheduled to be held in Cologne from March 19th to 22nd.
During the event, Handtmann will unveil a comprehensive range of food processing technologies designed to enhance production capabilities across various food products and pet food sectors. These innovative solutions encompass modular process solutions spanning from product preparation to final packaging, catering to operations of all sizes, from startups to fully automated, high-capacity industrial setups.
Among the key highlights are the premiere of the Handtmann Inotec IW series grinder, with a capacity to process up to nine metric tons per hour, accommodating both frozen and fresh raw materials. Additionally, the event will showcase the FS 525 KOEX system, designed for crafting filled, snackable products with remarkable precision and adaptability. Furthermore, attendees can explore the latest additions to Handtmann’s lineup, including the FS 501 and FS 503 forming systems tailored for artisan and medium-scale operations.
Handtmann will showcase further innovations at the event, including the DS 554 and DS 560 P depositing systems, known for their efficient and precise dosing of a diverse range of fillings into packaging. Attendees can also explore new automation modules designed to enhance efficiency and product quality in product handling. A standout feature will be the ConProSachet system, an award-winning solution for packaging food products using biodegradable, seaweed-based materials.
Additionally, Handtmann will introduce the PVLH 251 L and PVLH 252 L sausage filling lines, offering high-performance solutions for sausage production capable of handling various casings and product types. The company will also present customized solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies aimed at optimizing production processes.
