With a solid background, Saurabh brings extensive expertise from his previous positions as Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Operations Manager at prestigious establishments such as the Hyatt Regency Delhi and Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. Over his 14-year career, he has made significant contributions to renowned venues, making him the perfect fit to lead the culinary experiences at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi. His leadership skills are expected to enhance the dining and beverage offerings, aligning seamlessly with the hotel’s commitment to hospitality excellence.
In his new position, Saurabh will collaborate closely with the hotel’s Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, meeting rooms, and outdoor catering. He will play a crucial role in further elevating the status of the award-winning outlets at the hotel: Seasonal Tastes (all-day diner), EEST (specialty pan-Asian), Prego (specialty Italian), Sunset Story (rooftop bar & lounge), Mix Bar & Lounge (bar), Story Club & Lounge (nightclub), and Daily Treats (patisserie).
Saurabh is proficient in developing procedures and service standards that drive business excellence. He will lead initiatives focused on optimizing operations, proactive planning, and introducing innovative concepts to enhance efficiency and service quality.
