Chef Kartik has been named the new Regional Chef at Azure Hospitality, bringing with him a diverse and rich culinary expertise.
His professional journey started at IHM Kufri, Shimla, and spans significant positions at Trident Bandra Kurla, The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Atmosphere Hotels and Resorts. He recently held the role of Executive Sous Chef at Pahli Hill in Riyadh, where he was lauded for his focus on training, quality, and hygiene.
Chef Kartik partners with prominent chefs to safeguard culinary traditions while pioneering Indian cuisine. In his new position, he will manage the nationwide operations of Azure’s specialty Indian restaurants, leading a team of over 300.
His vast experience and dedication to excellence position him as a key contributor in upholding Azure Hospitality’s high standards and fostering culinary innovation.
