Ganesh Kumar inaugurated Up Cafe, operated by differently abled individuals at the Different Art Centre in Kazhakuttam, highlighting it as a project of state pride with international-standard activities for the development of differently abled children; a CNG bus from the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation will support the cafe, which aims to showcase products made by mothers of differently abled children and to develop job skills and self-sufficiency among them.
