Enter Wilde, a restaurant immersed in a jungle theme, enveloped by abundant greenery, dangling vines, and organic textures that fashion a sophisticated ambiance. The rooftop terrace, boasting earthy hues and soft lighting, beckons guests to relax amidst nature, complemented by an unforgettable culinary journey. Central to the experience is the glass pavilion, open on three sides and adorned with captivating installations portraying vintage botanicals and wildlife, enveloping guests in an eclectic setting.
With Chef Agnibh Mudi at the helm, Wilde’s culinary offerings fuse global tastes with profound influences from Mediterranean and Turkish cuisines, enhanced by contemporary European and Indian flavors. Mudi emphasizes, “Our menu places a premium on ingredients and methods, featuring a live kitchen for Robatayaki-inspired dishes and a wood-fired oven, with the aim of providing guests with an immersive dining experience. Among our standout dishes are spinach and feta borek, lamb koobideh, gochujang chicken, Asian-style robata spring vegetables, and harissa tiger prawns.”
Jenu Sunny, the Head Mixologist, has curated an eclectic in-house cocktail menu, showcasing inventive creations like Soiled Water and Backlava, crafted using unconventional techniques like maceration and fat washing. With offerings such as Maayan, Green Valley, and Captain’s Bounty, Wilde’s cocktails epitomize a flawless blend of flavours and refinement.
