Jan Hotels Czech Republic expands its reach to India

Paves the way for enhanced tourism exchanges between India and the Czech Republic.

Eytan Goldman, CEO of Jan Hotels in the Czech Republic, alongside Gabriela Zmekova, Business Development Director, embarked on a mission to India to engage with key decision-makers in the tourism sector. Their primary goal was to stimulate tourism from India to the Czech Republic, envisioning it as a burgeoning European travel destination.

During their visit to Delhi and Mumbai, Goldman and Zmekova held a series of crucial meetings with prominent figures in the tourism industry, aiming to forge partnerships and facilitate increased tourism exchanges between India and the Czech Republic.

The Jan Hotels group comprises three establishments in Prague and two in Cesky Krumlov. Notably, Hotel Duo Prague, boasting 654 rooms, specializes in accommodating MICE groups due to its size and diverse array of conference facilities.

“Recognizing the preferences of Indian travelers, we offer authentic Indian cuisine prepared by a skilled Indian chef. Hotel Carol, with 67 rooms, features a Mediterranean restaurant and provides a welcoming environment suitable for small families, offering personalized attention. Strategically located near the ‘Harfa shopping centre’ and the city center, it offers both convenience and comfort. In September, Jan Hotels will unveil the highly anticipated luxury boutique hotel, Bookquest, situated in the heart of the Old Town—an ideal location desired by every tourist. The hotel’s design seamlessly blends modern architecture with a preserved 16th-century listed building. Our focus lies on delivering top-tier personalized service and meticulous attention to detail,” emphasized Eytan Goldman.

Gabriela Zmeková, Director of Business Development at Jan Hotels, highlighted the offerings of tourist packages that seamlessly combine accommodation in the picturesque and historically rich town of Český Krumlov, promising an unforgettable experience within a UNESCO heritage site. “Our Oldinn or Ruze hotels stand as premier boutique accommodations in the city, ideal for hosting weddings, incentive groups, or facilitating tours of this enchanting locale,” she affirmed. With Air India set to launch direct flights to Prague next year, Zmeková expressed confidence in the Czech Republic’s emergence as a highly sought-after tourist destination. “Prague’s reputation as a safe city coupled with its wealth of attractions makes it an enticing prospect. Its central European location, just a convenient three-hour drive from Vienna, Berlin, Munich, or Salzburg, enables tourists to explore multiple destinations in a single trip,” she added.

Sunil Mathapati, Director of Intrepid Marketing and Communications, expressed his excitement regarding the significant progress made by Jan Hotels in India. He commended their dedication to excellence and their vision for elevating Czech tourism. “We firmly believe that their efforts will lay the foundation for a vibrant and prosperous future for tourism between India and the Czech Republic. The meetings were highly productive, and we eagerly anticipate Jan Hotels achieving its objectives in the Indian market,” he remarked.

In closing, Jan Hotels extended its appreciation to Intrepid Marketing and Communications for their unwavering support in representing the brand in India.
