ITC Hotels and Narne Hotels and Resorts Private Limited have joined forces to expand the Welcomhotel brand’s footprint in South India. The upcoming 150-key Welcomhotel Madikeri, nestled in the picturesque Madikeri hill town of Kodagu district, Karnataka, will feature two restaurants and bars, a lounge, and ample meeting space spanning over 1,300 sqm.
Situated on MG road, Welcomhotel Madikeri offers a gateway to the scenic wonders of Madikeri, renowned for its historic Raja’s Seat, the majestic Madikeri Fort, and the revered Omkareshwar Temple. Nearby, Abbey Falls beckons with its cascading beauty amidst spice plantations.
Kodagu district’s allure lies in its verdant valleys, sprawling coffee estates, and the occasional bloom of the rare Neelakurinji flower. Drawing tourists with its blend of spirituality, wildlife, and adventure, the region’s popularity is on the rise, catering to both leisure and business travelers.
