Chalet Hotels Limited has officially secured the acquisition of the ‘COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT ARAVALI RESORT, NCR (CYMA)’, a luxurious 158-room resort sprawling over 14 acres. The transaction, valued at INR 3,150 Cr (subject to cash adjustments), was finalized through a definitive agreement with ‘Ayushi and Poonam estates LLP’, the resort’s owner. Hotelivate served as the transaction advisor for the sellers.
Since its inauguration in June 2022, the resort has garnered popularity among leisure travelers, MICE events, and destination weddings. Its strategic location within 1.5 hours from New Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida, as well as its proximity to the Indira Gandhi International Airport, adds to its appeal.
In the fiscal year 2024 up to December, the property recorded an impressive Average Daily Rate (ADR) of approximately Rs 13,500 with an occupancy rate of 44%.
CYMA offers diverse dining options including an all-day dining restaurant, a bar & lounge, a pool bar, and a pan-Asian restaurant, ensuring a delightful culinary experience for guests. The resort also features various recreational facilities such as a gym, spa, pool, and a dedicated kids’ play area. Adventure enthusiasts can indulge in on-site activities like zip-lining, quad biking, paintball, rock climbing, horseback riding, and camel cart rides.
