Luxury dining destination Mansionairre by the Roof has made its grand debut in Thane, Mumbai, spearheaded by Karishma Kishnani and her children, Anshitta and Vansh Kishnani, in collaboration with seasoned restaurateur-consultant Aditya Wanwari from Toast Inc.
A year in the making, Mansionairre promises to revolutionize Thane’s culinary and nightlife landscape with its opulent setting and diverse array of global cuisines and handcrafted cocktails.
Karishma Kishnani, Founder & Owner of Mansionairre by the Roof, expressed her vision, stating, “Our aim was to introduce fine dining and a luxury high-energy bar experience to Thane, providing our guests with unforgettable moments. With Mansionairre, we aspire to curate an ambiance where each visit unfolds as a gastronomic journey, offering distinctive narratives through our culinary creations and cocktails.”
Spanning an impressive 5000 sq ft area, the venue boasts panoramic views of Thane’s skyline and verdant surroundings. Renowned interior designer Sumessh Menon has lent his expertise to craft a space that seamlessly blends contemporary elegance with urban charm.
Sumessh Menon shared his insights, saying, “Our focus was on creating a versatile environment that strikes the perfect balance of energy and character, enhanced by captivating elements. It has been a pleasure bringing this vision to fruition, and I eagerly anticipate guests immersing themselves in the ambiance we’ve crafted.”
At Mansionairre, Chef Ganesh’s meticulously curated menu showcases a fusion of flavors from around the world, including Continental, Indian, Asian, Japanese, Italian, Oriental, and Mexican cuisines.
Signature dishes such as the Mansionairre Deconstruct Sushi, featuring an array of exotic vegetables and sriracha mayo, alongside modern Indian delights like the Edamame Hara Bhara Kebab and Corn Ribs seasoned with Tajin, promise a culinary journey like no other.
The dessert menu entices with offerings like the Coconut Sago Pudding and Hazelnut Mousse Torte, elevating the dining experience with innovative flavors and presentations.
