The Westin Mumbai Garden City has named Malvika Sahay as its Director of Operations. With a rich background in the hospitality sector, Sahay brings extensive experience and a proven track record of success to her new position.
As a highly accomplished hospitality professional, Sahay has had a distinguished career in several luxury hotels, showcasing expertise in team management, food and beverage operations, and customer service. Her skill set is comprehensive, bolstered by a deep understanding of hospitality management and industry trends.
Prior to joining The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Sahay held key roles at JW Marriott Kolkata and Bengaluru, The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, and Marriott International. She holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Management, Manipal, and has completed the rigorous Taj Management Program Training, enriching her theoretical knowledge with practical insights.
In her new role, Sahay will oversee the daily operations of The Westin Mumbai Garden City, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and upholding the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
