With over two decades of experience in the Indian hospitality industry, he will oversee food production and guest relations at the hotel. Chef Shailesh’s responsibilities include designing menus, training chefs, implementing cost control measures, conducting equipment training, ensuring food safety management, and maintaining excellent guest relations.

Highly regarded for his culinary skills, Chef Shailesh brings extensive experience to Lyfe Hotels. Before joining Lyfe Hotels, he served as the Head of Food & Beverage at Cadila, a leading pharmaceutical company in Ahmedabad, India. In this role, he managed food and beverage operations in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Chef Shailesh has also held positions at prestigious hospitality brands such as Radisson Blu, Sheraton, LEBUA, Taj Mahal Palace, and The Taj Lake Palace. His culinary talents have earned him recognition as one of India’s top chefs by Express Hospitality and other esteemed organizations.
